Voter Registration Deadline: Monday, October 20, 2008

You may use this application to register to vote in Kansas, change your name or your address on your registration, affiliate with a political party or change your party affiliation. There are three ways to submit your application:

• Print out the Voter Registration Application, complete, sign and mail to Douglas County Election Officer, 1100 Massachusetts, Lawrence, KS 66044.
• Fax the completed and signed application to 785-832-5192.
• Scan the completed and signed application then email to kcampbell@douglas-county.com

This application must be received in the election office by the 15th day before an election (October 20, 2008 is the deadline for the November 4, 2008 General Election) in order to be eligible to be registered in that election. You will be mailed a voter identification card when your application has been processed.
