If you (and your eligible spouse or children) are overseas as a member of the Armed Forces, Merchant Marines, NOAA, or are a citizen residing abroad, you are eligible to apply for a federal absentee ballot. Visit the Federal Voting Assistance Program website for an online application and more information.
